Mr. T

In Loving Memory of"Mr. T"

Welcome to Mr. T's website (No, not The A Team's Mr. T, but our Mr T, the dog.)

Initially this website was set-up to help us locate our T when he went missing from home back in April of last year (2009), yet unfortunately as his tale unfolded the website quickly became home to one of the saddest tragedies our family has ever dealt with. :-(

We've left the site up and running as a little tribute to T although many of the pages on this website remain unaltered.

As an extra tribute to our legendary T-bag (It's amazing how many different names we managed over the years to fashion out of 'mr t') we've decided to officially declare March 12th 'National MR T Day' So please mark the day with us by participating in any of the following,

A. Having an alcoholic drink. Or two.
B. Letting your own doggies do something they're normally forbidden to do.
C. Lighting a candle.
D. Eating a Snickers Bar.
E. Making a small donation to an animal charity.
F. Scratching your own Dog's tummy for AT LEAST half an hour.
G. Drinking Tea. (Ref. T'bag above)
H. Singing the A Team theme several times, very loudly.

Thank you.

Love you T x x x

RIP Mr. T :'-(                                                                        8th April 2009

Dearest Friends, Family and Neighbours,

It is with the heaviest of hearts and the deepest of sorrow that I sit here this evening and write this, the final update of  Mr. T’s tale.

With your hope, prayers and overwhelming support we had kept our faith and positivity. We’d prayed everyday for the past 4 weeks that we would be reunited with our wonderful dog and that ours would be a happy ending and we’d even planned to host a party in Mr. T’s honour, to thank each and every one of you. Alas I am heartbroken to announce that our deepest fears have indeed been realised.

The body of our legendary dog was found this evening at the side of a train track, just a mile or so from where Mr. T was last seen alive.  It appears that Mr. T was killed instantly when he tried to cross the track and was run over by a train, and although we cannot be sure we suspect that the collision occurred the very night that Mr. T went missing. :’-(

Our lives will never be the same without our beautiful dog. He was such a unique animal, with such a lovely soppy personality and bags and bags of character. We pray that he’s up now in heaven, getting up to his usual mischief and playing with our beautiful son, Harrison.  Our T-bag shall be missed every minute of every day and we will never forget him.

We would like to thank every one of you for all your kind messages, help and advice over this past month, your words of support have made the world of difference to our family. We feel blessed to have such wonderful friends, to know some really wonderful individuals and indeed to live within such a caring community.  So thank you once again.

Our darling Mr. T - you have left us with the happiest and fondest of memories. We shall think of you every day and will smile and laugh at the funny things you used to do. We love you with all our hearts.

Rest In Peace Mr. T

With Love,

Daddy, Mummy, Big sister Lori, Tilly-Winkles, Tinkerbell and Lucky

Missing since Thurday 12th March

Please Help!

Mr. T escaped and ran off with his canine sister, Tilly - at approximately 8PM on THURSDAY 12th MARCH.

Both dogs were spotted Running towards GREEN LANE in Wymington (near Rushden in Northants.) Tilly returned safely later that evening alone. Mr. T has not been spotted since :-(

Mr. T is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier crossed with a Daschund (Sausage Dog!) - He's a very unusual breed, with an extra long body and very short legs. His coat is short and a Tan/Ginger colour. He has long floppy ears and he was wearing a Red Collar.

Mr. T is extremely friendly and affectionate and very approachable. As well as his name, Mr. T will also answer to, 'T' and 'T-Bag' as well. (lol - Don't ask!)

Please help by spreading the word and if anybody knows anything about his whereabouts, or has any suggestions on how we can bring him home, please do let us know!

We are all absolutely gutted. Mr. T is such a loved little dog and an extremely important member of our family, his safe return to us means the absolute world!

Any help you can offer will be so gratefully received!

Thanks guys & please continue to pray for his safety!

With Love from the Connolly Crew x
